SimplePlus is an old friend to so many of our customers, which is why we are happy to adapt and modify this well-loved and reliable display to meet their changing requirements. Our latest addition to the range turns up the brightness on the popular 10.4” model.
Performance in high brightness is a challenge we are very used to meeting, so bringing this to the SimplePlus 10.4” made complete sense. Now it can be used in devices under brilliant sunlight or inside where there is bright ambient artificial lighting.
This popular medium-sized display is designed for industrial environments, so operates within an extremely wide temperature range. It also has XGA resolution and sensor capabilities for touch operated equipment. The touch interface is established via USB connection and matched driving boards are available, making this display easy to connect to embedded boards, laptops or PCs.
There is also an LED driver included, which makes it easy to use standard 12V power to control the backlight. And a wide viewing angle gives you a clear view of the display from many different positions – not just the centre.
As with all SimplePlus touch displays, a neutral coverlens with decorative black border print is standard.

Technologies tend to come full circle, but in this case we mean literally – combining an advanced rotary encoder (and encoder shell) with a 1.28-inch circular TFT display for a single, compact control solution. Users can navigate with precision by simply turning or pressing the knob, while the integrated screen displays menus, status updates or graphics right at the point of interaction.

Starting 2007 he worked as a sales and marketing manager for a design and manufacturing company of CCFL and LED backlight drivers, and afterwards established the German branch for a Austrian display and solution provider. In 2013, Frank joined former MSC which in turn was bought by Avnet.
