The customer was looking for an alternative to their current EOL display. Our BDM suggested various models, including options from other suppliers. The manufacturer found that they could produce the same module with an IPS cell instead of TN by using a different production line. Following that, the price negotiations began and we were able to achieve a slightly better price than for the EOL display. As a result, the customer now benefits from both a better viewing angle and a better price.
