The customer required our supplier’s cell glass, a customized FPC, customized cover, touch function without PCAP and haptic feedback when touching the coverglass. We suggested force sensors on the rear side of the glass and an LRA (Linear Resonant Actuator) which generates a vibration when the glass is touched. Together with this suitable solution, we also realized the supplier cell, custom FPC & cover and a very aggressive price.
