Our supplier was aware that Avnet was working on Micro LED projects. When the customer approached them directly—given the limited number of manufacturers with this technology—the supplier referred the project to Avnet. Despite the relatively low volume compared to their overall production, we successfully convinced them to customize the chief ray angle to achieve a precise 0-degree alignment for every pixel. This ensured perfect compatibility with the customer’s camera lens, delivering the highest-quality medical imaging. Additional factory audits jointly with our team confirmed the required capabilities and quality standards.
