In the beginning the customer asked for a 15.6” TFT with eDP interface for the different project. When the display from their running project was EOL, they decided to implement the TFT from the other project as all the groundwork has been done already. For their medical applications, the customer has several special requirements like FIT MTBF values for example. Our supplier offered very fast support and, after tough negotiations, also a good price.
