This project marked our second design win with the customer, who was initially considering the cancellation of an existing contract for a different product. To help maintain the business relationship, our sales team proposed replacing the current series with an alternative solution from our portfolio. Supported by sample provision from our Business Development Manager, the supplier developed a competitive alternative that met the customer’s requirements. As a result, the customer benefited from a more cost-effective solution, while we successfully secured the project.
