We had 2 years of consistent approach and lobbying to gain the customer’s confidence and convince him to redesign with Avnet.
The customer had been facing multiple issues with their running solutions, including LCD darkening because of UV/IR, EMC, issues with the touch and in the end one competitor’s touch solution was EOL.
Now the customer has decided to redesign the current machines with adding optical bonding and UV filtering.
