This is our second project win with this customer who initially wanted to cancel a running contract of a different product.
To compensate the business, our sales suggested to change the running series to our solution.
Our BDM provided samples to the supplier and they created a competitive version. As a result, the customer now benefits from a more cost-effective solution.
