For the low power requirement, Avnet proposed a MIP display with supplementary lighting to ensure readability in low-light conditions.

A front light solution would have been larger and more difficult to attach to the cover lens, so the backlight version was chosen. The supplier offered great support, samples and series in a reasonable time, so we won the project.
